Left Shore construction just completed a complete stucco refinish of our entire house. Steve was able to match the design and finish of the original stucco and preserved the style and design of our home. What they delivered was masterful. Steve and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. They were also personable, courteous, and meticulous. They were a hard-working crew that made a difficult, large project as seamless as possible and enjoyable to watch.

We bought a house with a lot of potential. Due to the needed repairs and the condition of the house we got a great deal on it. The problem was that we bought it in the middle of the winter and it needed a new roof right away. Left Shore was able to come in during raining days in January and replace the roof in record time. They worked long days under the rain and were able to protect the roof and nothing got wet inside. In the process they have discovered that the flushing was not originally installed around the chimneys. They were able to add this to the project and still finish it on time. They also installed 2 skylights for us and refinished the chimney with stucco. Great job.

Left Shore team did an excellent job in out bedroom. We live in an older house with the challenging layout and somewhat uneven geometry of rooms and walls. This requires additional planning and extra care from the contractor. Despite the challenges the quality of plaster restoration was very high. The work was done on time and with little inconvenience for us. As part of the remodel we requested a small closet with a door into the bedroom. That was a tricky project due to the custom nature and the constraints of the layout. Nonetheless the final product fitted perfectly into our room. The team is very skilled and detail oriented

We had numerous problems with our siding from who ever the previous owners of the house hired to install it. As a result we had to completely redo the back side of the house. LSC gave us an honest estimate and did a great job replacing siding and window casings. They were always on time and answered all our questions and concerns. They know what they are doing and do it well.

Left Shore Construction did a great job on our house remodel. Steve is amazing! His creativity and insight into what we wanted for our remodel was what we needed. He really knows what he is doing, is professional, punctual, and most importantly listened to what we wanted. The finished product is more than what we expected. I highly recommend Steve and his crew. He is creative and a real master of his trade. We hired him to install our leaving room walls in Venetian plaster and ended up hiring him to do the bathroom and master bedroom. It was a pleasure working with him, he was always on time and on budget. And no mess left behind. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome: everyone who has seen his custom work comments on high quality and how fantastic and unique it looks!

The Left Shore Construction crew did a beautiful job of restoring a ceiling, badly damaged by a leaking appliance above. They quickly replaced the sheetrock, applied custom plaster, and repainted to match the original color. They were very skilled, courteous, and came in on budget. Clean up was perfect, and the ceiling looks better than ever. Excellent job!
