Project Manager/Site Superintendent

Job responsibilities

• Supervise all trades at the job site
• Actively manage projects to ensure timely and correct completion
• Ensure all work meets quality standards

Skills

• Solid knowledge of the construction process
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic carpentry skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Capability to perform some physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs
• Foreign languages are a plus, especially Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian

Office Manager

Job responsibilities

• Create estimates, contracts, and invoices
• Calculate materials and create material selection lists
• Facilitate permit applications and complete necessary forms

Skills

• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Familiarity with the construction process (training available)
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Foreign languages are a plus, especially Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian

Work Schedule

•  Flexible hours, working from home 10 to 20 hours per week
• Assignments can be completed at any time of the day

Laborer

Job Responsibilities

• Work in construction and assist with various tasks
• Show eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs
