Beautiful remodel in LO. The home owners opted for a small addition to their dining room and created a very cozy backyard area. The remodel features beautiful Milgard vinyl windows and Marvin doors.

Nice remodel in the heart of Portland. It was interesting to talk to builders about the various design options the owners have considered – from a large addition, to a rebuild, finally settling on preserving the historical look and feel of the house. They decided to forego creating an open floor plan and kept the original floor plan. Restored all beautiful millwork and two-species (fur and oak ) floors.
