Here is our current project. We originally were called to evaluate the cracking of the stucco walls. The owner loved the sand-finish look of their house and wanted to keep it. Their 1990s house is built in Tuscan style with unique stucco and plaster finished inside and out. Unfortunately, the outside finish started to show fractures.
Cracking can sometimes be repaired with painting, but it would look different. The owner wanted to keep the look and hired our team to completely refinish the house. The house had an acrylic sand finish floated rough to look like an old-world hand-finished stucco. We took on the job of giving the house the same exact look and feel.
